WARNING: this article includes a few inappropriate words that were used in the book.
I wasn't a reader. But in fact, I started reading random books in 2019 partially. The reason for that was having zero interest in Kurdish books, and my English level was not as good as it is now.
However, I bought a couple of books in an international book exhibition in my town back in November of 2020. They were all English ones. One of those books was The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson.
The book is basically guiding you to live a better and healthier life, and it repeatedly mentions that to achieve it, you have to carefully determine what you should and shouldn't care about in life. Otherwise, your life will most likely be getting worse.
What I mostly like about the book is that before deep-diving into some of the subjects, the author starts to narrate real stories related to it.
This 224-page book has had a good impact on my daily life, and it was the only reason that made me buy 19 other books this year. One of those books is another one by Mark Manson called Everything Is F*cked which is I'm currently reading. No doubt it's just as much incredible as The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck.
I, of course, highly recommend reading this book if you really want to have a better life!
It wouldn't make sense if I ended writing this article without showing you one of the great quotes of the book:
“You and everyone you know are going to be dead soon. And in the short amount of time between here and there, you have a limited amount of fucks to give. Very few, in fact. And if you go around giving a fuck about everything and everyone without conscious thought or choice—well, then you’re going to get fucked.” - Mark Manson, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
